Horsham is a thriving West Sussex market town with a genuinely old heart — the medieval Causeway and Carfax — surrounded by Victorian terraces and a ring of characterful villages. I decorate across the town and its surroundings.

The Causeway’s timber-framed and Georgian houses are among the finest in Sussex, and the streets around the Carfax hold handsome Victorian terraces. Out in the villages — Slinfold, Rudgwick, Barns Green — period cottages and country homes add to the mix. All benefit from careful, hand-applied decoration.
Horsham’s older houses — especially around the Causeway — need a decorator comfortable with age and movement. I make good properly, use finishes suited to period surfaces, and work entirely by hand.
